I don't really care for the applesauce based muffins, so cut the oil back to 2 tablespoons. 2 points per muffin.

Recipe Ingredients for Bran Breakfast Muffins

3 cups All bran
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 tsp table salt

Recipe Directions for Bran Breakfast Muffins

  1. Pour milk and water over all bran and soak 5 minutes until soft, add oil and egg beaters and stir to combine. Add dry ingredients and mix until moistened. Fill 12 paper lined muffin cups with the batter and bake 20-25 minutes at 375.

  2. Yield 12 muffins, 2 points each
