1/2 cup all bran
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 banana, frozen
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup ice cubes

  1. Cut a banana in half and freeze both halves.

  2. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend.
