375 g puff pastry
400 g rhubarb
450 apple
125 g brown sugar

Recipe Directions for bramley rhubarb and cinamon tart

  1. wash dice the apples and the rhubarb - cook with 125g of sugar and two sticks of cinamon

  2. place the mix on a puff patry sheet leaving 2cms around the edges (for the paste to raise).

  3. cook in the oven at 200 for 40 minutes
