Recipe Ingredients for Braised veggie chicken, Pak choi and baby corn

100 grams quorn chicken style pieces-chilled
200 grams pak choi, chopped
100 grams baby corn, cut horizontaly
1 1/2 tablespoon spring onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoon ginger root , finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoon boiling water
5 grams Marigold boullion-swiss vegetable, powder
1 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sunflower oil

Recipe Directions for Braised veggie chicken, Pak choi and baby corn

  1. Heat the wok add the oil, when nearly smoking add the spring onions, ginger and garlic and stir fry for about 1 minute.

  2. Now add the Quorn chicken and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, add white parts of the pak choi and baby corn stir fry for a further 2-3 minutes.

  3. Now add green parts of pak choi, veggie stock, oyster sauce and soy sauce cover and braise for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Serve with boiled rice or noodles.
