Braised veal and asparagus side dish

Recipe Ingredients for braised veal with asparagus

120 grams Veal
2.5 tbsp chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Vinegar balsamic
0.5 oz Regular Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for braised veal with asparagus

  1. Spray oil a non stick frying pan.

  2. fry the onions and garlic untill brown. Add water to make a gravy. Add veal and simmer, when almost done add the balsamic & soy sauce and add black pepper to taste.

  3. Serve veal with the gravy.

  4. Steam asparagus with seasoning. Serve as a side dish to the veal.
