Stir fryed tofu with sauce and other stuff

Recipe Ingredients for Braised Tofu w/ diced tomato & straw mushrooms

100 grams diced tomato
1 tbs vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbs basil, chopped
336 tofu
226 straw mushrooms
3 tbs sweet & sour sauce
15 gram soy ginger sauce
1 Tabasco Sauce, to taste

Recipe Directions for Braised Tofu w/ diced tomato & straw mushrooms

  1. Dice tomatoes, add oil, vinegar and chopped basil. Set aside and let flavors meld.

  2. Press tofu to remove excess water. Dice into cubes about 3/4 inch square. Add oil to wok or frying pan and sear the tofu until nicely browned.

  3. Add tomato dice, sweet & sour sauce, soy ginger sauce and tabasco (plus other spices or desired additions).

  4. Cover and let simmer; stirring occasionally.
