Recipe Ingredients for Braised Short Ribs

3 1/2 lbs Beef short ribs
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 stalks celery
2 stalks carrot
1 onion
2 roma tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1 can beef broth
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp rosemary

Recipe Directions for Braised Short Ribs

  1. Chop the veggies, brown the ribs.

  2. Add veggies, broth and simmer with ribs 1.5 hrs or until done. Remove ribs, mix 1/4 cup water w/2 tbsp flour and thicken. Serve over noodles
