Recipe Ingredients for braised red cabbage

450 g red cabbage
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp oil
80 g cranberries
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for braised red cabbage

  1. chop cabbage and onion finely

  2. chop garlic and measure out spices

  3. heat oil in a wok and fry onion then add cabbage and cook for a few minutes before adding the spices and cranbarries, mix welll and stir fry for about 5 mins until just soft/tender then serve. ideal with pork.
