Recipe Ingredients for Braised Prawns with Vegetables

500 g raw prawns
250 g broccoli
470 g button mushrooms
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
1 salt, pepper
1 pinch sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

Recipe Directions for Braised Prawns with Vegetables

  1. Shell the prawns and remove the black line

  2. Cut broccoli into thick pieces

  3. Heat the oil in a wok and then quickly fry the prawns until they are lightly cooked (about 3 minutes)

  4. Add the vegetables to the pan (including the 250g drained can of bamboo shoots), toss well, mix the other ingredients together, add to the pan, bring to the boil and cook for one minute, stirring continuously.
