Recipe Ingredients for braised paprika chicken

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 cup, sliced Onions
3 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Paprika
17 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 cup Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
0.5 cup Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured
0.1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for braised paprika chicken

  1. add oil & chopped onion to dutch oven.

  2. cook onion til soft

  3. stir in bell pepper, tomato paste, paprika, chicken breast.

  4. cover & simmer for 50 minutes

  5. whisk sour cream and flour together

  6. remove chicken from pan

  7. stir in sour cream to sauce

  8. add chicken and reheat til warm (1 min)
