Makes 4 servings



Add chicken separately for better analysis. Served over 1/2 cup cooked brown rice. NOTE: Was not nearly spicy enough. Next time maybe add more jalapenos or maybe some hot sauce?

Recipe Ingredients for Braised Paprika Chicken

1/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 cups finely diced onions
1 cup diced red bell pepper
2 cup diced green bell pepper
3 1/2 cups diced tomatoes, no salt
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon diced jalapenos
1.66 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley, dill and/or chives

Recipe Directions for Braised Paprika Chicken

Throw everything into slow cooker. Takes about 4-8hrs or so.
