Recipe Ingredients for braised mince

3 tbsp vegetable oil
3 onions, chopped
6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp rosemary
1 kg minced beef
400 g chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 litre beef stock

Recipe Directions for braised mince

Lightly fry onions, garlic and herbs inhalf oil. fry minced beef in batches to brown and tip into pan with onions. Tip in tomatoes, add worcestershire sauce and stock. Simmer for 1 hour, uncovered until slightly thickened.
