Recipe Ingredients for Braised Lamb Chops

12 ounces lamb chops (four)
1 teaspoon mint, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
1 Freshly ground pepper
1 cup pineapple juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup almond meal

Recipe Directions for Braised Lamb Chops

  1. Season lamb chops with mint, mustard and pepper. Flour and brown in heavy skillet.

  2. Combine last 4 ingredients. Pour into skillet. Bring to boiling.

  3. Place in covered casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
