Recipe Ingredients for Braised Kale

1 lb kale
1 onion
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbls salsa
2 tbls corn oil
1 scallion

Recipe Directions for Braised Kale

  1. Cut kale into small pieces

  2. slice or cube onions

  3. wash and cut scallion

  4. sprig of thyme

  5. Saute onions in skillet with 2 tables spoon corn oil until tender

  6. add kale, salsa until tender

  7. add scallion and sprig of thyme
