Recipe Ingredients for braised greens

1/3 cup chopped lean ham
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
2 cups chopped fresh cabbage
1/2 cup chopped fresh kale
1/2 cup chopped fresh turnip greens
1/2 cup chopped fresh mustard greens
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup fat free chicken broth
4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for braised greens

saute onion, garlic, and ham in dutch oven. add rest of ingredients. braise until softened. toss with balsamic vinegar
