Recipe Ingredients for Braised Chicken wings

2 carrots
1 pound chicken wings
1/4 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 tomato

Recipe Directions for Braised Chicken wings

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil.

  2. Add chicken and brown.

  3. Add other vegetables (chopped) plus seasonings and 1 cup water.

  4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or longer.

  5. Remove chicken and place under broiler for 7 minutes.

  6. Meanwhile, reduce the sauce and vegetables until it can be served as a side dish.
