Recipe Ingredients for Braised Chicken and Veggies

2 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp paprika
8 oz chicken breasts
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup carrots
1/2 cup green beans
2/3 cup cauliflower florets
3 tbsp onion, chopped
1/8 tsp dried rosemary
3 tbsp sour cream

Recipe Directions for Braised Chicken and Veggies

  1. Combine flour and paprika in a large zipper-topped plastic bag; add chicken, seal bag and toss to coat.

  2. Spray a skillet with oil/water mixture over medium heat; add chicken and cook until browned on both sides.

  3. Next, add water and carrots; bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.

  4. Add green beans, cauliflower, onion, and rosemary; raise heat to medium; cover and continue to cook until green beans and cauliflower are tender and chicken is cooked through.

  5. Remove from heat, add sour cream and blend well.
