Braised Chiken thighs With Potatoes and yams

Recipe Ingredients for Braised Chicken thighs

400 g Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
2 large Sweet Potato
2 large Potatoes
2 cups tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Braised Chicken thighs

  1. Brown the chicken

  2. parboil potatoes and yams

  3. remove chiken, then saute the yams and potatoes till they get a crust

  4. return chiken

  5. and add a can of diced tomatoes

  6. Braise till chicken is fully cooked in a preheated 350 degree oven
