Recipe Ingredients for Braised Chicken Thighs

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2.89 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
1 cup Red Wine
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
2 mango

Recipe Directions for Braised Chicken Thighs

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

  2. Add chicken, garlic and salt; cook until starting to brown and most juices are cooked away, about 15 minutes.

  3. Add wine and cook, scraping up any browned bits, until reduced by half.

  4. Stir in broth and mangoes; bring to a boil.

  5. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 25 minutes.
