Saw similar recipe on Real cooking and tried to lighten it.

Recipe Ingredients for Braised Chicken

32 ounces skinless chicken
2 T olive oil
1/2 t salt
1 t pepper
1/2 c shallot
2 clove garlic
1 t curry
1 T lemon
2 cups chicken broth
1 cups heavy cream
2 cups egg noodles
20 grapes

Recipe Directions for Braised Chicken

  1. brown and season chicken

  2. remove chicken from pan

  3. Brown shallots, garlic, curry

  4. stir in zest of 1 lemon plus 1 T juice

  5. add chicken back to pan

  6. add 1 cup heavy cream

  7. add chicken broth until half way up the sides of chicken

  8. cover and cook till tender

  9. add egg noodles - recover pan

  10. cook untill egg noodles are tender.
