Didn't have the artichokes so I used water chestnuts. Didn't have orange so used lemon. Delicious!

Recipe Ingredients for Braised Chicken Breast with Sundried Tomatoes (modified Digest recipe)

16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
0.33 cup Tomatoes, Sun-dried, Packed In Oil, Drained
3 clove Garlic
100 grams All Purpose Unbleached Flour
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Broth Mix
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Peel
8 oz Water Chestnuts (Sliced)

Recipe Directions for Braised Chicken Breast with Sundried Tomatoes (modified Digest recipe)

Dredge chicken in flour and brown in hot olive oil. Remove and brown garlic. Add rest of ingredients and boil for 10 mins. Add back chicken and cook another 5 mins til hot. Serve over brown rice or something similar.
