360 grams Cabbage, Red
360 grams Cabbage, Red
1 medium raw Onion Red
280 grams Apples
0.33 cup Vinegar, Cider
2 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Braised Cabbage and Apple

Finely slice cabbage and onions. Cut apple (weight is for already peeled apples) into chunks. Combine all ingredients in an ovenproof dish with tightly fitting lid. Cook in the oven at about 120 degrees for approx. two hours checking at intervals to make sure it's not sticking. Add some water if necessary.
