Hot brussels sprout slaw with onion, almond and apple.

Recipe Ingredients for Braised Brussels Sprouts

1 cup Brussels Sprouts
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
1/2 medium (3") Apples
1/2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup Slivered Almonds

Recipe Directions for Braised Brussels Sprouts

  1. shred sprouts

  2. shred onion

  3. shred apple

  4. sautee onion,almonds, apple and sprouts until onions begin to soften. Add cider vinegar and liquid reduce by 1/2. Add stock and reduce by 1/2. serve.
