Recipe Ingredients for Braised Brussels Sprouts

1 lb brussels sprouts
1/2 cup low fat chicken broth
3 tbsp truffle oil

Recipe Directions for Braised Brussels Sprouts

  1. Combine oil (can substitute butter or olive oil just as easily), chicken broth, and sprouts in deep skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then cover and lower temp to let simmer 5-10 minutes until sprouts are tender.

  2. Uncover and raise heat to boil off all the liquid.
