Recipe Ingredients for Braised Beef Roast

5 oz celery
13 oz carrots
22 oz red potatoes
1 1/5 lb beef roast
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Braised Beef Roast

  1. Cut Veggies

  2. Brown Meat on both sides in a little oil

  3. Add veggies add a little beef broth or gravy liquid to the pot.

  4. Cover and put in a 300 - 350 degree oven for 2 hours or until the beef can be pulled apart with a fork and veggies are cooked.

  5. season to taste
