25 pounds pork loins
13 pounds sliced apples
1 pound brown sugar
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups apple juice

Recipe Directions for Braied pork with Fruit

  1. cut pork loins into 3 oz portions and sear inhot lightly oil pan

  2. place pork portions in hotel pans andcover with apples and brown sugar

  3. cover botom of pans to 1.2 inch with chicken broth and apple juice

  4. cover pans closely with foil and bke at 350 degrees for about 50mintes or until internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached
