Raw healthy salad, great for a detox. Dressing can be made from mixing 3 medium diced tomatoes and 1 avocado.

Recipe Ingredients for Bragg Famous Garden Salad

1/2 cup carrot, peeled and grated
1 cup turnip, peeled and grated
1 cup beet, peeled and grated
1 cup cucumber, halved and sliced
1/2 cup celery, diced
3 cups napa cabbage, sliced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 cups red cabbage, sliced
1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Bragg Famous Garden Salad

Add all ingredients together in a large bowl and toss with lemon juice. Serve with tomato and avocado dressing or health dressing.
