1 cups raisins
0.67 cup parsley
0.67 cup pine nuts
0.67 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3.84 lb Beef, Top Sirloin
3 tbls olive oil
2 cups onion
2 cups celery
60 oz Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned

Recipe Directions for Bracciole

  1. Mix top 5 ingredients

  2. roll stuffing in steak

  3. brown each roll in olive oil, onions and celery

  4. bake at 350 with rest of ingredients as sauce
