Bowtie pasta with chicken and tomato

Recipe Ingredients for Bowties with chicken & tomato

4 oz Farfalle
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
2 cup Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
1 teaspoon Gourmet Collection Garlic Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Bowties with chicken & tomato

  1. Boil chicken breast in water until cooked, about 25-30 minutes. Using 2 forks, break chicken apart into bite-size pieces.

  2. Cook pasta (2 cups) according to package.

  3. In a 12-inch skillet, heat oil. Add frozen vegetables to pan and heat, about 2-3 minutes or until heated.

  4. Add chicken, tomatoes (undrained), garlic salt, and pepper to skillet. Heat until tomatoes are warmed.

  5. Add drained pasta & mix until pasta is warmed.
