My favorite pasta with mixed veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Bowtie Pasta w/Veggies

8 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
15 clove Garlic
1.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 cups Baby Spinach
1 large Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
12 oz Bowties Pasta
4 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
4 oz Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Bowtie Pasta w/Veggies

Cook pasta in large pot. In a separate pan, saute garlic in olive oil, then add sliced zucchini and mushrooms. After zucchini and mushrooms are nearly half way cooked, add sliced tomatoes and spinach. Sprinkle parm. cheese for extra flavor.
