Recipe Ingredients for BOWTIE pasta salad

2 1/2 cups macaroni
1 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1 cup diced part-skim mozzarella cheese
16 kalamata olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

  1. cook the macaroni without salt

  2. toss everything together

  3. serve chilled
