Pasta with EVOO, lemon juice, and fresh herbs

Recipe Ingredients for Bowtie Pasta

1/4 cup macaroni
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. parsley (chopped)
1 tsp. cilantro (chopped)
1 basil leaves (julienned)
6 grape tomatoes (sliced)
1 tbsp. feta cheese
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Bowtie Pasta

  1. Boil pasta of your choice, drain and set aside.

  2. Add all fresh herbs and stir.

  3. remove from stove and toss with tomatoes and sprinkle feta cheese.

  4. Enjoy!
