Recipe Ingredients for Bowtie Pasta with Feta

1/2 lb bowtie pasta
1/2 lb broccoli, cauliflower and carrots frozen
3 oz feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbs butter
1 cups half and half, warmed for a minute or two in the microwave

Recipe Directions for Bowtie Pasta with Feta

  1. Steam the vegetables in the microwave, if you bought that kind.

  2. If you don?t have the steam bag of fresh

  3. veggies, you can cut up the veggies and toss them into the pasta cooking water for the last 5 minutes or so of cook time.

  4. Just be sure your pot is big enough to accommodate both the veggies and the pasta.

  5. Drain the pasta and put it back in the pot.

  6. Add the butter and warmed half & half. Stir in the feta cheese and veggies.

  7. You may want to add a bit more half & half, if it looks like it needs it.
