Whole Wheat Pancakes, Makes 32 4 inch pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for (Bower) Whole Wheat Panckaes

1 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
2 cup All Purpose Flour
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
21 grams Baking Powder
2 tsp Salt, Table
3 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.75 stick Butter
4 medium Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for (Bower) Whole Wheat Panckaes

Add dry ingredients and wet ingredients to separate bowls. Mix each and then combine. Blend with wooden spoon until batter is even yet lumpy. Grease skillet and heat on medium. Put 1/4 cup batter onto griddle or skillet. Cook until bubbles form in pancake and then flip. Cook until pancake is firm but still moist inside. You can also prepare much larger pancakes, and use two spatulas to flip.
