Excellent alternative to eating a bunch of fruits and vegetables just to empty your lower region of the whopper from last night. Feel free to substitute the honey and vinegar with plum extract or other natural juice extract. Just water works too. The idea is to be able to drink the husks easily.

Recipe Ingredients for Bowel Mover Extraordinaire

2 serving Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Raw Honey
0.7 tbsp Psyllium Husks

Recipe Directions for Bowel Mover Extraordinaire

  1. Do this before any meal.

  2. Drink 1 cup (240ml/8 fl oz.) of water before the next step. (Fiber needs lots of lubrication to move properly)

  3. Prepare another cup (240ml/8 fl oz.) of water.

  4. Add 1 Tbsp of Raw Honey.

  5. Add 2 Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar.

  6. Mix very well.

  7. Add 2 tsp of Psyllium Husk (if you're an adult; 1 tsp if you're below-18), stirring everything in BRIEFLY and drink immediately (unless you intend to scoop and eat the husks)
