Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Recipe Ingredients for Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream - KALEL

8 ounces Pasta Noodles
1/2 pounds Ground Sausage - Italian
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Onion (Diced)
1 Tomatoes (Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic and Oregano)
3/4 cups Cream - Half and Half

Recipe Directions for Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream - KALEL

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

  2. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.

  3. Heat oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat.

  4. Cook sausage and pepper flakes until sausage is evenly brown

  5. Stir in onion and cook until onion is tender.

  6. Drain mixture

  7. Stir in tomatoes, cream, and salt.

  8. Simmer until mixture thickens, 8 to 10 minutes.

  9. Stir cooked pasta into sauce, and heat through.

  10. Sprinkle with parsley.
