reheated later on for a meal. takes around two hours to make. I recommend eating this topped with parmesian cheese and bread on the side.

Recipe Ingredients for bow tie pasta

1 pound ground turkey
16 ounces bow tie pasta
28 ounces diced tomatoes
6 ounces roasted red peppers
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup parsley
1 tsp sage
1/8 tsp red pepper
1 small onion
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for bow tie pasta

  1. add garlic and olive oil to pan.

  2. cook turkey spiced with salt, pepper, sage and red pepper and onion until no longer pink.

  3. add roasted red peppers, tomatoes, italian seaoning and parsley to pan. bring to a boil simmer covered 1 hour.

  4. cook penne

  5. toss pasta with sauce and serve.
