Delicious homemade bread recipe from Artisan Bread in 5 min/day.

Recipe Ingredients for Boule Bread

3 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
6 1/2 cups flour

Recipe Directions for Boule Bread

  1. Add water, yeast and salt in a 5 quart tub.

  2. Stir in flour with a wooden spoon.

  3. Let sit at room temperature for 2 hours or until doubled. Place non-airtight lid on tub and store in fridge for up to two weeks.

  4. When ready to bake, pull out a grapefruit size piece of dough and cloak in flour (lightly!). Shape into a ball and let sit for 40 minutes.

  5. Heat oven to 450 degrees, cook one stone until golden.
