2 medium onions, finely chopped

2 tbsp,+crumbled bay leaves
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
50 g Peppers
2 cups dry white wine
1 g Saffron
1 tsp honey
800 g Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
12 cups fish stock
12 mussels, scrubbed
800 g monk fish, boneless fillets
400 g Prawns
