Recipe Ingredients for Bostonian blueberry muffins

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup skim milk
2 eggs
1/2 t. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Bostonian blueberry muffins

heat oven to 425. spray muffin cups with non-stick spray. Combine dry ingredients in bowl and blend. In separate bowl, toss 1 tablespoon dry ingredients with blueberries, set aside. After butter has cooled slightly, stir in milk, then eggs and vanilla. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir until well moistened. Stir in berries. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake 15 minutes until golden brown. Let muffins stand 5 minutes before removing from tin.
