1 pound white beans
1 cup molasses
1 teaspoon salt
1 medium onion
1/4 pound salt pork
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  1. soak beans overnight

  2. drain old water add new

  3. Add ingredients

  4. Cook at 275 degrees for 8 hours, adding water as necessary.
