Lighter version than with home made dough.

Recipe Ingredients for Bosnian Spinach Pie with Phyllo Dough

1 tsp salt
2 lbs spinach
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 lb low fat cottage cheese
1 lb low fat sour cream
1 lb phyllo dough
2 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Bosnian Spinach Pie with Phyllo Dough

Spray the pan with oil. Place 5 sheets on bottom. In a bowl mix eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, salt and spinach. Spread 1/4 of the mixture over the dough. Place 5 more sheets over it and sprinkle with canola oil. Repeat it untill your last layer is the dough. Sprinkle with canola oil and cut it in sixteen pieces. Bake at 375 Degrees until golden brown.
