Recipe Ingredients for Bosnian Pizza

323 grams onion, minced
435 grams red potato, cubed
5 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Bosnian Pizza

Prepare veggies. Season with favorite seasonings. Mix 4 tbsp oil and flour until appears crumbly. Whisk in water until smooth. Add more water until reaches thick milk consistency. Combine veggies with flour mixture. Spread remaining tbsp oil on half-sheet pan. Spread flour and veggie mixture evenly on pan. Bake in hot oven, about 425 for 45 mins until brown on edges and dry and cracked appearing in center.
