Recipe Ingredients for Borshch

2 beet (2" dia) Beets
3 medium Carrots
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 cup, diced Celery
1/2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
1 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes
1 cup Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Sea Salt
1 cup Beet Greens
2500 grams Water
6 oz Beef, Round, Top Round
2 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds

Recipe Directions for Borshch

cook beets separately. Chop and mix all the other ingredients to make soup. Grate cooked beets, add tomato souce, vinegar, mix then add to the soup, boil for 1 minute - done.
