Recipe Ingredients for Borscht

5 cooked beets
4 cooked small potatoes
1/2 cup cooked yam (cup,+cubes)
2 Yellow Onion
4 cooked carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Borscht

  1. saute onions, put the est of the veggies in and let it cook for an hour

  2. can be served with a small amount of plain yogurt on top, instead of the sour cream.
