500 g string beans
300 g pork
1 bell pepper
3 tomatoes
1 onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil
500 ml water

Recipe Directions for Boranja

  1. Sweat the onions on EVOO. Add salt.

  2. Add pork and brown.

  3. Add the veggies.

  4. Add water.

  5. Cook till pork is soft. Season at will :)
