Recipe Ingredients for booty buster brownie

1 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
0..25 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 cup Pineapple Chunks Dried Fruit
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.5 oz Chia Seeds, Dried
0.75 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for booty buster brownie

Place cocoa powder, cayenne, cinnamon and pineapple and milk in food processor. Blend. Add oats and pulse until blended and mixture looks crumbly with the capacity to bind. Turn mixture out into baking dish and press down. Refrigerate until cold. Cut into squares. Eat one in morning and one at bedtime
