Recipe Ingredients for Booster Bars

500 grams Flour
25 grams Sunflower Seeds
25 grams Pumpkin Seeds
30 grams Dried Cranberries
30 grams Raisins, Seedless
25 grams Butter
7 grams Yeast
1 tsp Salt, Table
300 grams Water

Recipe Directions for Booster Bars

  1. Mix up a simple bread dough base using the flour, butter, salt, yeast and water.

  2. Leave to prove until doubled in size.

  3. Re-knead the dough mixture and combine the finely chopped fruit.

  4. Separate into 25 equal amounts.

  5. Roll each into a bar shape and press the top into the seeds ensuring a good coverage.

  6. Bake at 170 until browned.
