Yummy nutty sweetish (but not too) cookies. Even though Gluten Free, they bring me back to my childhood. What more could you want from a cookie? Oh yeah, did I mention yummy?

150 grams rolled oats
3 grams baking powder
1 gram cinnamon
150 grams brown rice flour
15 grams vanilla
20 grams maple syrup
100 grams apple sauce
50 grams raisins
50 grams walnuts
230 grams water

Recipe Directions for Boo's GF Vegan Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375F.

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Add wet.

  4. Stir.

  5. Spoon by tablespoon onto non-stick pan.

  6. Bake for about 12 minutes.

  7. Eat.
