Great breakfast smoothie. At just over 200 calories, it is unbelievably creamy and just plain soul satisfying.

Recipe Ingredients for Boo's Best Almond Berry Smoothie

20 almonds
2 bananas
1 cup berries
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups water
1 ice

Recipe Directions for Boo's Best Almond Berry Smoothie

  1. Place Almonds, Water, and Vanilla into high-speed Vitamix-style blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Scrap down sides of blender with a rubber spatula. Blend for another 2 minutes or until all little chunks of almonds are liquefied.

  2. Add Bananas, Berries (fresh or frozen), and Ice. Blend on high for 1 minute.

  3. Enjoy!
